The Seafair Coaches can not be happy with this one. Richmond was middle of the pack in Tier 2 last year and Seafair was upper Tier 1.

Richmond should be very happy with this outcome, I hope they can do well in Tier one.

Time to take off your rose-colored goggles.
T-Birds lost immediately ... to a very middling Flight 2 team (Seafair). Seafair only managed to win 3 out of 8 placement games, and one of those wins was against Semi A2 that got dropped to Flight 3.

Watched your last game, sorry but you haven't played any good teams yet. And I believe you lost to Seafair

Didn't they already lose to Seafair, an average Flight 2 team? Be careful what you post, what comes around goes around.

I do feel for Cloverdale. I hope they can rebound over this, its really taking a toll on the kids and Coaches.

Update on penticton tier 2 tournement?

T Birds beat Surrey 5-1, a tier 1 team. So before any of you decide to trash them about losing fo Seafair, right now Richmond (another tier 1 team) is losing 3-1 to them with 1 period of play left.

Funny, 'cause Richmond came back with a 4-3 win then went on and beat the t-birds 6-2 winning the tournament. Just saying

Well richmond ending up winning 6-2 against tbirds

Wow, never knew such a forum existed... The tournament was mid-grade, with both ends of low flight one teams to mid flight two. Don't get me wrong, there was some great hockey -you just have to put things in perspective. The best game I watched was between seafair and Richmond. Seafair a coaching put that team in a strangle hold position over Richmond, and somehow they found away to battle through (I was very impressed). Richmond should do well in flight one. Curious where people get the Tbirds mistaken for a top team based on size, clearly they need a little more structure.
