Not too many draft ranked players in this tournament but could still be interesting.

Highest WEHP ranked:
Goalie - Tallarico from Surrey
Defenceman - Georgeopoulos from Vancouver Thunderbirds
Forward - Tilsley from South Delta

Juan De Fuca is 10-1-2 not sure about their GF and GA

by the looks of the two pools we could see a Richmond Surrey final.

Good luck to all the teams particpating, and enjoy,

it is a great honour and privilege to play in this memorial tournament.

Anyone know what rinks these games are at?

Agree. Saw these 3 players at POE camp this summer. All had strong showings. Looks like POE could do with them now as they seem to be slipping.

Yes could be Surrey Richmond final. Surrey has the best goalie. Richmond has no stars but steady.

Just read that Tilsley is out against Cloverdale-one game suspension-back against JDF tonight.

Tallarico-very skilled technically, if he grows should rank higher.

Tilsley-highly regarded, all around skilled.

South Delta should still be able to handle Cloverdale even with Tilsley sitting one. Their team is tiny no wonder they don't want to play in flight 1.

POE-Georgeopoulos and Tilsley were both made offers but both declined.

Interesting. Ask Tilsley's teamamtes if he's highly regarded amongst them? Ask his previous association as well.

No kidding South Delta should be able to handle Cloverdale. It shouldn't even be close, no matter who SD is missing. Cloverdale may very well end up in Flight 3 before the season is over. This isn't a criticism, just based on having observed several of their games.

Any updates on scores?

#4 is a good d man for south delta hes played well in the first 2 games

Seafair luckily squeaked the win over the T-Birds 4-3.
South Delta easily handled JDF 6-2.
Tilsley played a great defensive game and was the difference maker for the team.

Interesting how you find it necessary to knock down a great kid. Most good players have to put up with this from team mates. Parents should try to control themselves as you just make yourself look jealous. Lets show some intelligence as well

Tilsley-Not sure what role this team has given him. He played mostly with Jost at POE and that created some magic. This team seems to uses him more for defence as he can hit well. He is an all around solid player and always seems to shows well.

We always know a kid is doing well when the haters come out of the shadows!

yes I had South Delta
#4 Jones-solid dman good potential

#13 Tilsley- Lots of talk about this kid-just pure energy plus skills

Despite all the boasting from a T-Bird parent ot two, the team loses to a Seafair, who only managed 3 wins out of 8 games in Tier 2 placement schedule. This is not a criticism of the boys, but of the delusional parent(s).

Surrey should not have lost to JDF.
Not our best game by anyone.

South delta doing well but don't understand why they don't want to be in flight 1.
Seems like like only want to play games they can win. Guess it makes the coaches look good.iI think it's time to play some of the big boys SD .
