Med Hat Tournament...Day 1 Resulta

Also it was the Calgary Bisons 2 - Kamloops Jardine Blazers 1

POE 4 - WPG HAWKS 1
- Kawaguchi, Lawrence, Gatenby and Williams scored for POE.  Kolesar was a stand out player for the Hawks tonight.  Bobby Gathercole was in net for POE. The Player of the Game was Joe Gatenby!

SSAC 6 - AIRDRIE 2

NSWC 2 - St. Albert 1
-Hannoun scored one of the NSWC goals.  Good job for the 98 born prospect.

EDM CAC 3- Calgary Royals 1
-Just the second regulation loss of the year for the Royals.  Andrew Marshall scored twice and Brayden Burke scored once.

Semiahmoo 6 - Notre Dame 1

Winnipeg Warriors 4 - Medicine Hat 3

Med hat played a good solid first period 3 goals right off the start then let off the gas a bit. Ref ing was questionable Winnipeg scored a lucky goal and the hounds just couldn't get there mojo back also Jordan taupert left early in the first period and did not return.

Thanks for the updates - keep 'em coming! Nice to see no blowouts - better for all teams' development. Questions regarding the relative strength of teams / programs are getting answered.
