On to some game action from last night, all four Calgary teams hooked up in two separate games. First it was the Calgary Bronks over the Northstars 4-3. Defenceman Allen McPherson scored the game winning goal with just over a minute to play. Zack Finlay paced the attack with 2 goals and 1 assist. The 5'8 139lb Finlay is now 2nd in scoring on the Bronks with 12 points in 12 games with 37 pims. The Bronks are now 5-5-2. Taro Hirose led the attack for the losing Northstar with 1 goal and 1 assist. The small forward now leads the Northstars with 12 points in 11 games. The Northstars are also .500 at 5-5-1.

Finally in the AMBHL south, it was the Calgary Bisons moving their record to 11-2 with a 5-3 win over the Calgary Royals. Tanner Macmaster once again led the way with 2 goals, giving him 26 goals in 13 games now. Brayden Point had a goal and 1 assist. Point and Macmaster continue to pull away in the AMBHL scoring derby. For the Royals, it was defenceman Evan Reid with a goal and one assist leading the way. Star forward Reid Duke was held off the scoresheet. Evan Reid now has 8 points in 12 games. The Royals were without Kyle O'connor. The Royals are surprisingly down to 5-7-0 this season.

Up North it was St. Albert shutting out Edmonton KC 5-0.
